Heel pads

The gel heel pads are perfect for sandals because the gel is virtually invisible, and they eliminated my heel pain. Can't wear sandals without them. Found another brand that was cheaper, but the product turned out to be smaller, thinner, and less effective.

nice for sandals

I didn't want to give up my sandals but needed a little padding and lift for tendonitis and spurs. I wish they were a little thicker but they are nice in sandals where you can't wear an ortho insole. And the adhesive works great, they haven't shifted at all.

One little detail

I have purchased and repurchased these because they work so well in a multitude of shoes but there is one thing. They need more adhesive. I lost one out of an open shoe without reslizing it. It may have fallen out while I was in a Dentist's chair but they never found it so that pair was toast. Watch out with open back shoes or use something to make them stick better. Not good for switching to a different pair of shoes either.

Not enough cushion

This stayed in place nicely, but they did not fit the full heel of the sandal and they were so thin that I could hardly tell they were there. I guess I will have to try a gel heel cup and use some kind of adhesive to hold it in place if it works.
