Orthofeet Women's Springfield Mary Janes

I am currently undergoing medical treatment that has caused my feet to swell and make my regular shoes uncomfortable. I needed a shoe that would give with the swelling that would come and go. These shoes are perfect. They are comfortable right out of the box and have excellent arch support. The soft stretchy uppers perfectly accommodate the daily size changes in my feet. They are even comfortable when my feet are not swollen. I am very peased with the shoes and will probably order in another color. While I would rate the shoes as 5 stars, I would have to give the Footsmart description a 1 star. It says the shoes run small and to order a 1/2 size up which I did. The shoes were way too long, even with socks and my feet swelling. I had to return those shoes, at my expense, and purchase a pair in my regular size. They fit perfectly. Perhaps these shoes ran large when they first started carrying them but I believe they need to reevaluate the sizing or, at the very least, not charge return shipping when a customer follows their advice and the shoes are too big.

These shoes were comfortable the moment I put them on -- and easy to put on as well -- unlike the last pair I bought, which were heavy, awkward, and equipped with a number of velcro straps a contortionist couldn't reach. But these are great!

First time I bought shoes from Foot Smart but I've been having problems finding wide width shoes. These are like heaven. So comfortable I don't even know they are on. Highly recommend.

This the first pair of shoes that are actually wide enough to fit my foot!!! Normally I can only find dress shoes in a 2 E width so I was so excited to find a shoe that is wide enough for my foot!!! Granted they are not overly attractive but o.k. when wearing with slacks. They are very comfortable
