I have tried a few others with not the same overall comfort and support. Leather is an asset to relieving Pain. And the two additional insoles allowed me to use two of them in my Right Shoe, and to not use any of them in my LEFT SHOE. This gives anyone the ability to get the best depth and foot security needed for weak or painful feet. I would recommend to anyone. Well Worth The Price / Customer Service was outstanding.

I purchased these shoes for my dad who is diabetic and he was extremely delighted with them. The two side hook-and-loop closures open and close easily for a great fit that is the ultimate comfort. He is in love with these shoes.

My husband's foot doctor complimented him on his new Ortho shoes. The shoes are convenient for him to get on and also the straps on either side can be adjusted when his feet swell. Good balance when he is walking

I suffer from swollen ankles which makes it very hard to find shoes that fit well. The Velcro straps allow me to by-pass the swollen areas and allow me to tighten up the shoes with none of the problems I have with most other shoes. I just hope these shoes are never discontinued.
