What a great pair of shoes! I have a knee problem I was born with, so I need to be very careful what kind of shoes I wear. My foot must have a ton of support in the arch . And must stay aligned. I stand on my feet for 10 hours a day so even when i'm not at work I must have good shoes. I bought these for the beach , these will be my new around the house shoes, and I will be buying other orthoheel shoes for work and play! Try them I think you'll love them.

I now own 7 pair of Orthaheel shoes, including 2 pair of Kiwi slide sandals and 1 slipper sandal. It is the only shoe that I can wear for more than 30 or 40 minutes at the time without my feet and legs hurting. Just need more styles to add to my growing wardrobe of Orthaheels!

MY PF began acting up a year ago and like others, I tried to ignore it while all it did was get worse. I have finally gone to the doctor which is helping tremendously, but these slippers are fantastic as adjuant therapy. I keep them by my bed to slip on first thing in the morning, and they significantly decrease that morning foot pain. When I am inthe house, I wear them all the time instead of going barefoot. For those that complain about the hardness of the arch support; the arch is supposed to be hard for those with PF. IF you are not used to hard arch support, you MUST get used to them. Wear for no more than hour at a time the first few days, and then gradually increase wearing time. Cycles of one hour on, one hour off, three or four times the first few days will be very helpful. I am buying a second pair of orthaheels to wear out because these were so great! Pay attention to notes that shoes run large, small or true to size and adjust accordingly!
