I bought one of these recently and use it every night. I sleep more comfortably- less ache. When I get up, my knee is much less achy and I find that I can get around better.

I PURCHASED THIS ITEM, IN FCT TWO OF THEM AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A GREAT DEAL OF COMFORT AT NIGHT, THEY OFFER THE SAME CUSHION AS A BED PILLOW, EXCEPT THEY STAY PUT BECAUSE THEY ARE ON THE KNEE AND NOT BETWEEN THE KNEE. I SLEEP IN BOTH AT THE SAME TIME FOR EXTRA SUPPORT AND CUSHION.

I have sprained both my knees and have trouble sleeping. I thought this item would help, it wasn't enough support. I had to go back to a pillow. It doesn't cover enough space to help.
