Simple, effective, comfortable solution

As a runner, I had been bothered by plantar fasciitis on and off for years. But it hadn't gotten to the point where I was prepared to try some of the pricey, awkward-looking devices out there. I felt I had nothing to lose when I saw this product. The gains were obvious after the very first night, when those first steps in the morning were no longer painful. I now use it only after long runs, which seems to really help my recovery. Would definitely recommend.
