Metatarsal Pads

I love these metatarsal pads, I stick them in all my shoes, even sandals. I have a Morton's Neuroma in both feet and find the New Balance Metatarsal pads offer pain relief without feeling too bulky in my shoes.

Good for Sandals

  • 5 of 5
I use other leather 3/4 arch supports for metatarsal pain in shoes. These work well in sandals. Be sure to follow directions when fitting. I used "double sided" tape to get them where i want them. Trace the area. then fasten by pulling off the tabs, revealing adhesive. However, don't go walking in water...they will come loose.

Decent cushion, peculiar shape

  • 3 of 5
The gel cushion is more forgiving than a felt pad, but offers more support and firmness than a foam pad. However the odd "upside-down-L' shape protrudes down the outer metatarsals, which causes me some additional pain.
