These arch supports have helped my foot pain when I wear any of my shoes. I can now take my daily walks. I won't go anywhere without them! Thanks Foot Smart for a great product!

As soon as I put these on my aching feet I experienced 90% pain relief. I wear them all the time around the house, even in bare feet.

Good light arch support

I bought this because of arch pain due to plantar fasciitis. It is helping me to have much less arch pain so I love it! To help the velcro rubbing on your foot like in a previous review, it can be worn over socks, which is what I do. It is best for if you only need light arch support. It fits very well in shoes of all kinds because it's thin enough.
