My elderly mother has numerous foot problems, including callous' on the bottoms of her feet. Having tried numerous other products on her, with limited success, I took a chance with these metatarsal pads. The results were very positive. Although her walking is limited, when wearing these devices there is a visible improvement in her stride and balance. I highly recommend these products for those persons suffering similar complaints.

The sleeves tend to slide down onto the toes while wearing them. I think they would be much be with a sock type concept with something that goes around the heel to prevent slippage.
