They work well and are so much less expensive than orthotics. So glad I found them. Sandra

With this pad in my shoe I don't even notice the neuroma. I can run and exercise with no problem.

I've bought 3 different kinds of metatarsal pad in the past month, being newly diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma. These pads made my feet the happiest - and I work on my feet, so happy feet are important! I like that they are small and yet high, that seems to work much better than the wider pads I have tried. I will buy more of these for additional pairs of shoes.

I'm still using the ones I bought three years ago. Here's the pros and cons: Pros: 1. They work. 2. They fit either foot and since I only have my problem on my right foot, I get two usable lifts in each set. 3. The glue works great for the first installation. Cons: 1. They are more expensive if you can use both lifts that come in the package. 2. The glue only works for the first installation. I find that using a piece of double-sided tape works just fine for future placements. I'd buy these again in a heartbeat. And that's three years of use later.
