The leather upper flatters the foot and shines with coin ornaments. An elasticized buckle on the sling adjusts for a comfortable fit. A contoured footbed cradles the foot for support. Soft-Air™ technology, a system that uses closed-cell latex foam, means a heavenly-soft feel underfoot. Air injected into the midsole cushions when pressure is applied, reducing shock and alleviating stress on the heel and ball of foot.

I thought this shoe looked marveleous but I have a high instep and it didn't come close to giving me enough room.
