Invented in Australia by leading podiatrists, Lightfeet Insoles are designed to promote the foots natural Windlass function, which helps improve shock absorption and ensure a solid lever for “toe off.” The secret is in the pronounced arch groove that holds the plantar fascia (connective band of tissue from heel to base of toes) in its proper position, preventing arch and heel pain. Combined with rearfoot support, these insoles help correct poor foot posture, which takes the strain off your muscles and joints.

What is the Windlass Function?

I was very surprised that this insoles worked so well for me. It gives my arches the support they need for a day of work or play.

Ok but not great

These fit my shoes but take up too much room, so the pressure starts to hurt after wearing them for a short while. If I take out the factory inserts and only use these, then I don't get the support I need.

Not what I expected

They are full length, easy to insert, and they do cut down any heel pain from standing or walking too long. They didn't provide the arch support that I was hoping for. Would not purchase again.
