A little groove makes a big difference in Lightfeet Everyday Men's / Women's 3/4 Length Insoles
Invented in Australia by leading podiatrists, Lightfeet Insoles are designed to promote the foots natural Windlass function, which helps improve shock absorption and ensure a solid lever for “toe off.” The secret is in the pronounced arch groove that holds the plantar fascia (connective band of tissue from heel to base of toes) in its proper position, preventing arch and heel pain. Combined with rearfoot support, these insoles help correct poor foot posture, which takes the strain off your muscles and joints.

What is the Windlass Function?

The Windlass Function naturally occurs as your toes flex during walking / running, and the plantar fascia (soft connection tissue) is pulled tighter. When put under too much stress, the fascia stretches, causing intense heel and arch pain.

Features & Benefits of Lightfeet Everyday Men's / Women's 3/4 Length Insoles:

  • Polyurethane base (30% better shock absorption than EVA) topped with Poron® offers foot cushioning.
  • Rearfoot support improves foot alignment.
  • Plantar fascia groove promotes Windlass function for pain relief.

Other Important Information About Lightfeet Everyday Men's / Women's 3/4 Length Insoles:

Better than I though

I let it sit around for 1 week before using, thinking it probably won't work with heel fascitis. It's been two days and I use them in my shoes, then move them to my slippers. It's for a mild case, not for severe fascitis. It truly has worked and I am now trying to get another pair for spare. ! Worth the money and great quality.

Just got two pair. Tried them for a week. Very good in tighter boots. Not as good as archups, which don't seem to be carried any more :(
