I was so worried that I would be too hot with this extra article of clothing, but not at all. It also helps me sit up straighter which I need while working, and my waistline is actually thinner. The best part is after I take it off for the day, my body still mimicks what the shirt did. It's kind of like your body is being trained while doing your normal routine. It's Awesome!

Offers great back support. Slims the tummy. Cuts into the skin a little bit so I think I will wear an undershirt with it. Problem solved. It will probably soften up with wear and a few washings. If you are someone who needs back support and wants to slim your tummy I would recommend this.

The sizes are a little small but not so much. It is easier to slide it up from your legs to your waist and take it off that way too. I would like it to be a little longer on the back. It still ride up a little. I would also like to see a slip version to wear under a dress. Overall I still kie it.
