Too loose for B widths

I love the look of this shoe and it has a very comfortable insole. However, it really seems to be a C width and it is too loose in the back to keep my foot from flopping as I step. I want to keep the shoe so I have inserted 2 insole antislip pads in each toe of the shoes and this has helped a little bit. I may have to get a shoemaker to take in the elastic at the back to continue wearing them. I am a true B width.
