These do run large, and based on previous reviews I went down from an 8 to a 7.5 and medium width instead of wide, and they fit perfectly. I have bad arthritis in my feet so I really appreciate the great cushioning and arch support--I have high arches as well. Very nice finish and trim details. Only complaint is that the soles squeak rather noisily on hard surface floors--tile, wood, vinyl.

Best Nursing Shoes Ever!

After my first pair of these non skid, heeled back edge, I no longer wear any of the others: No need for Dansko, El Natura Lista, Clarke's, Nike's or any other. NOTHING COMPARES TO THESE! I wear them all day, and my feet don't even hurt when I get home. Amazing. Awesome padding. I now have 3 pairs in different designs. Meets work criteria, cute, and feels fantastic! Can't work with out them!

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had, so far they feel incredibly good like walking on air. I have a lot of problems with my feet throbbing, I've tried the SAS shoes, they worked for a couple of months then my feet went back to hurting all the time again. These are cheaper and better than the SAS shoes!!
