I bought these arches to put in my sandals and I love them! I have very bad flat feet and can't normally wear sandals because they make my feet hurt so bad. But with these arches I can wear sandals and my feet don't hurt! If you have flat feet and want really good arch support, buy Dr. Rosenberg's Instant Arches!

Seriously, I don't know how I could get through the summer without my sandals, and this great little arch support is just the best. Please don't ever discontinue Instant Arches. Thanks Footsmart.

I wasn't sure if these instant arches would work or not. After reading the review, I decided to try a pair. I love them and have ordered another pair for another pair of shoes!! My feet are very flat, and now with these arches, I can stand around without my feet hurting!
