I have problem feet, and have never been able to wear heels combortably. I bought a pair of heels from FootSmart, and once again had problems. However, as soon as I inserted the Insolas most of the pain disappeared immediately! I'm sold!

I wore these shoes with heels for my 5-hour coffee shop shift on Halloween, and they made a huge difference! My feet still hurt by the end of my shift, but these inserts gave me 2-3 extra hours of pain-free standing, and my feet recovered much faster than they otherwise would have. For normal situations (read: not standing for 5 hours), I'm sure they would keep my feet from hurting at all.

These are the best things for heels of any height! I had to take off one star as the new "formula" or whatever, makes the backing hard to get off (if peeled wrong, the sticky part comes off the insolia) and as one other said, it does lose it's sticky backing over a period of a few months. But will continue to purchase these as it makes my heels less painful!

I put these in 5 inch heels! Wow!

I have sensitive feet. I put these in a pair of 5 inch heels and they helped tons! I want these soles for all my high heels. One star off for the fact that they sometimes lose their adhesive properties.
