They fit well and support well, my regular size is 7M but I got 7.5M and fit perfect. These shoes are the best purchase ever, they are so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing a brand new shoes, didn't make marks on my feet, and look great with jeans.

Problem foot person and these shoes are cushy on the bottom and sturdy yet stretchy. I wear them with slacks or jeans - they look nicer than loafers. I like to have a wide toe box and while this does not look wide, I have room to wiggle my toes and there is no pinching or scrunching of the toes. Definitely keepers.

I have not had a pair of shoes fit any better than these in a long time. Don't hurry in the door to take off my shoes. I forget I have them on.
