One of the straps just broke. I bought this product less than 3 months ago.

It is not as well constructed as the picture shows. It bunched around the heel, not because of fitting but because that area was made more like what you would expect from something much cheaper. Seemed to help a little with plantar fascia pain but caused leg pain. Does not fit well in even wider tennis shoes. Nice concept, maybe would work on less severe cases. I don't think it's worth the money.
