RELIEF!!!!!!!!!!

Finally ultimate relief! As a dancer, cyclist & runner these have been the perfect "drug" for my feet. A bit bulky for most people but I realize that its what the heel wants, to be kept "snug" to prevent the heel spur. It's like an NFL player taping the heel & ankle. These huggers are awesome! Fits the best in the Mizuna running shoes for those of you runners.

Excellent Pain Relief

The heel hugger I bought a year ago had magnets in them instead of gel I eventually took out the magnets and then loved the heel hugger. It was just right but it was at least a half inch taller than this one. To protect the heel adequately it needs to be at least one half inch taller across the back of the heel. Still this health aid is a GREAT idea, I cannot do without mine. I am looking to replace it.

Too tight

I ordered the size stated for my shoe size but it is quite tight. The cold feels great when I first put it on, but it doesn't stay cold very long at all. I have other heel pads that are more comfortable and I've found that one of those gel cold packs stuffed in some heavy sox works a whole lot better.

Not cold long enough

I like this product but it doesn't get cold enough and it doesn't stay cold for very long. It warms up in less than 10 min.
