These are awesome! Years of plantar fasciitis have left me wearing nothing but orthotic friendly shoes, with disastrous results with a dress shoe. Add a narrow heel into the mix and the choice of shoes decreases form there. These are so great, I can wear them with a dress shoe without my orthotics, they offer amazing support, and my shoes fit better. This is my first heel cup I ever purchased, and I chose this one based on the customer reviews. I am so glad I did. I will purchase more so I never have to be without. I highly recommend these.

I bought these Heel Seats shortly after experiencing severe Planter Faciitis and a heel spur. The rubber bar across the planter was too firm to be comfortable. I put them away thinking that more money had been wasted in an attempt to find pain relief. Several months later my foot had had time to improve with the use of night foot boots, other arch inserts, special sandals, and any other treatment I could find. My doctor suggested that I give Heel Seats another try. What a relief! Now they are put into every shoe worn. They allow me to walk all day long without pain. I am very thankful that they are available! (For a lifetime I hope!)

I was having symptoms of a heel spur. Started improving the first day I wore my new Heel Seats. One week later I am repaired, no pain at all !!

the first day wearing my htp heel seats was a total relief. evey day got better and in the morning, stepping out of bed, felt so good.i dont go anywhere without them.thanks footsmart
