I play a lot of tennis, which is really rough on my feet. Often, my toes and especially toenails suffer from the constant jamming. For years I would get blisters and lose toenails. Ever since I started using gel caps to protect at least one toe on each foot, I have not had any problems for two years. Such an inexpensive little thing is so effective!

Saved my Socks

Before discovering these gel toe caps, I was frequently poking holes in my socks (my toenails slant upward much more than normal). These caps are easy to wear, clean easily, and I don't notice that I'm wearing them - plus I don't have holes in my socks anymore.

Toe cap is to big I don't know if you sent me the wrong one or this type of toe cap is just to big. It curls under my toe it's like it's to big on the end.
