This is the first pair of compression socks/stockings that I've ever gotten for myself. Today is the fourth day that I've worn them and I can feel the difference. The compression area around the foot hits in just the right place and the socks are snug without being too tight. I have large calves and the socks fit with no problem. My only complaint would be that these socks might be a little to warm in the summer but they feel great in the chillier months.
