Slips and folds

In theory, it should work, but if you put these in shoes and then try to place your foot in the shoe, the pad crumples and folds. :( So sad.

Relief

I've used these Metatarsal Dome inserts for several years. They are easy to wash and bring me tremendous relief from ball of foot pain. For the most part, they stay where I want them in my shoes.

Not a magic bullet but good price.

I like these although they are not the absolute answer. They make my feet ache in different areas. I am not sure if just not wearing them correctly or they are just not good for my particular problem. My neuroma is only on the left side and I tried using both to be balenced but, that just irritated my right foot too much. I am next going to remove the instep (on the shoe) and see if this helps. Will try to let you know.
