Don't leave home without them!

I use these supports in all my shoes, including my sneakers. I learned from my doctor that my expensive walking shoes are not so good for my plantar fascitis. They are too flexible, with very little arch support. These inserts give me just the support and flexibility I need. Glad I tried them before I ran out and bought new sneakers!

Fabulous! I have been looking for a long time for inserts that did not raise up the heel, throwing weight on my metatarsal. These fit the bill. Metatarsal and arch support. I can slip them under the built-in inserts in my Easy Spirits. In extra-depth shoes I can add a foam pad on top for extra cushioning. I've been switching these from shoe to shoe: works always. Now am buying a pair for each shoe. My husband loves his too.

Purchased for my husband whose feet get tired without the arch support, he claims they not only do the job, they also look great. When he take his shoes off on an airplane, the leather looks like a real insole...maybe even classier than a real insole! He is not embarrassed if someone sees them.
