best knee support I have ever used

I bought this knee support because I needed a knee replacement and also had numerous mini fractures on my tibia- It was very pain ful and I was taking lots of pain meds. This knee support helped me tremendously- until I finally had my surgery. The surgeon told me that my bone was so badly deteriorated that the bone " crumbled" when they removed it. He was amazed that I had been walking on it. I give credit to this knee support- make sure you measure correctly and wear it so the hinge is where your knee bends and you apply it very snuggly and you will have great support!

I don't know what to say about the previous reviewer's problem with slipping down the leg. I wear a different brand of this brace on each leg and I don't have the slipping problem with either one. All in all, these are pretty good, and my only suggestion would be to improve how flat the large tabs lie. The diagonal straps help flatten the tabs but they don't cover the width of the tab. My purpose? So they show less under my pants.

Sadly Disappointed

I measured and ordered correctly. The fit is very good and snug. However, the mere act of walking causes it to slip down the leg. Therefore, although the construction is good and its well made, the inside lining is too slippery and defeats the purpose of the brace.

Poor manufacturing

At first I thought it was just me and how I put the brace on, but it worked but didn't seem to be tight enough to do what I wished it to do. So I quit wearing it for awhile and used the pull-on support sleeve. I tried it again and I still do not feel that it is tight enough. If I pull the straps tighter, they flop over the velcro and make for an obvious bulge under my slacks. Now I see that one of the straps is starting to tear away right at the stitching, so I do not feel that this is a long term product. I guess it does what it is supposed to do, but doesn't do it for me. Thanks for listening. If I had the opportunity, at this time, I would return the product, but will use until it falls apart although as many times as I use it that will take some time. Again, thanks for listening.
