They fit a bit large, but I have exceedingly narrow feet. They are wonderfully comfortable and my orthotics fit perfectly in them. Wore them shopping and they were great.

The strap is way too long

I have wide and flat feet and wear orthotics. However, these shoes were still too large, not in terms of the actual shoe, but the strap that goes across. There is no way to tighten the strap beyond the set length therefore it would be easier to simply cut the strap off. I have had to return these for a refund.
