The patented Crosstrap design applies pressure directly over the patellar tendon, allowing you to adjust the level of tension for customized pain relief. Neoprene backing and hook-and-loop attachments on the strap hold it in place for a comfortable, stay-put fit.

works nicely on knee but. . .shreds a little. I keep putting it on and taking it off.

Very disappointed in this product! I have a regular size knee, and the Velcro just keeps popping open.
