I bought these and the Patricia II. Both are so comfortable. The straps are comfortable, even with my high instep. They look like patent leather which gives them a little dressy look, with a little wedge heel. I'm really happy with my new shoes.

These sandals have some kind of structural reinforcement in them that hit right on my arch in an uncomfortable way. I sent them back.
