Double plantar fasciitis relief at night with cold therapy and fixed angle support, thanks to the Cool Stretch Night Splint with Sealed Ice

Scientific studies show that regular use of a night splint helps treat plantar fasciitis. Cool Stretch delivers a dynamic combination of cold therapy to reduce inflammation and fixed angle support for effective passive stretching of the plantar fascia throughout the night. The rigid, yet comfortable, low-profile design provides constant 90-degree dorsiflexion of the foot, alleviating morning tension and stiffness. The sealed ice pack moves freely for targeted pain relief.

Features & Benefits of Cool Stretch Night Splint with Sealed Ice:

  • Fixed angle support helps reduce stress on the plantar fascia.
  • Removable toe lift allows you to adjust the flexion under the ball of foot.
  • Removable ice pack can be moved up or down, providing cold therapy to help relieve inflammation where needed most.

Does What It Says

Like advertised, this splint, with the lightweight plastic support, can keep your foot at 90 degrees. I briefly tried a soft splint but could tell right away that it wouldn't work for me, although it may do it for you. I have chronic plantar fasciitis which started 10 years ago; it came & went for awhile. If this is you, I recommend you address it right away. I now have pain all the time & cannot get rid of it. I even had a gastrocnemius recession in my right leg, but it didn't help at all. I am now going to wear these boots for several months to see if it will help. I have nothing left to lose but a little more $. I think if you have morning pain, something like this would help, but I don't have that problem. My pain is worse as the day goes on & worse the longer I'm on my feet. I don't really feel better in the morning even after wearing the boots. I'm hoping for long term help. The boots are pretty light & comfortable, considering - but of course I'd rather not have them on. And yes it's getting warmer out & I'll be wishing I wasn't wearing them this summer; you do warm up with them. Also, as mentioned elsewhere, the strap across the instep is on the short side & definitely should be longer. The bottom of the boot has a couple thin rubber type strips which keep it from being slippery, for a short walk such as to the bathroom. You can't walk well in them & I'd suggest you tighten straps again after walking.

Planter fasciitis

  • 4 of 5
Planter fasciitis is what I have. I don't think it will ever go away but, according to my doctor this is a good help to cure. It comes with an ice pack, I have not used it, keeping your foot at a 90% angle all night is difficult, this boot is lightweight and comfortable compared to others and not as hot.

I like this splint, but after just a couple of months the velcro stopped sticking.

Worst product I have ever ordered

Been sleeping with this BOOT for about 2 months. Have developed (corn) just below my little toe and having problem with metatarsal bone on outside of foot. The bed of the BOOT is metal and is harming the outside of my foot. That is the side I sleep on and it must rub there. Having to wear corn pads to protect. Horrible
