Clarks created Wave to enhance walking comfort with a unique, curved EVA sole that helps feet roll smoothly as they touch the ground. The rounded heel edges begin smooth forward motion, and rocker profile propels you through gait, minimizing the impact of each step. Extra toe support guides feet to roll off the big toe, propelling you comfortably into the next step. Removable Ortholite® memory foam footbed features extra padding in the ball of foot. This leather slip-on with ornamental detailing features a leather upper with an elastic insert under the tongue area that expands as you move.

So Comfortable!!!

I love these shoes. I have plantar fascitis and heal spurs so bad. I was able to put my orhotics in and wear them immediately and have went shopping twice already in them with no problems. Usually I would be in pain right away if I was shopping for hours. So happy right now.

I bought these shoes because I was going to New York City, and knew I was going to need a good pair of walking shoes! I received these shoes a week before I left for my trip. I wore them 1 time before going, and they were pretty comfortable Well, we walked for at least 8 hours in New York and I did not have an issue with my shoes being uncomfortable. No" break in time" needed for these, they are AWESOME!

These are very comfortable and fit well. I had a great deal of trouble getting into them even using a shoe horn. Finally, I discovered that the small leather strips have elastic that did not show. I pulled on each of the two straps until they loosened a bit. This allowed me to get the shoe on. I wore them with medium weight socks around the house for several hours. They are wonderfully comfortable and don't require any "breaking in". I may purchase another color at some point.

I just received my shoes and love them. They run a little large so I had to exchange the first pair for a 1/2 size smaller. The shoes are comfortable and worth the money. I really like them.
