Sizing Chart is wrong

Product is effective but the sizing chart gave me a product that was ridiculously difficult to get on and off. Waste of money.

Good Product but Not true to Size

This is a good product overall, but better for ppl that don't have athletic legs(bigger calves) or circulation issues as i do. I measured correctly a medium, but was way too tight, so had to send back for large. The product is high quality, & benefits listed do work, but for me, had issue with size so had to wait, and then deal with that, before i could use it.

As a distance runner in high school, I was plagued by shin splints (and some stress fractures) each season. I always did what the trainers told me: toe taps, ice, heel walks, and orthotics -- but none of them worked. A few years out of high school now (and not doing much running since), I started training again 3 weeks ago. Within 50 miles of training, my shin splints were already back, and had progressed enough that they hurt when I walk. I bought the Cho-Pat's, and, while this is an admittedly early review (only 30 miles of training with them thus far), I have had no shin pain while running. I am using these compression sleeves for the runs, wearing compression socks the rest of the day otherwise, and icing regularly with the compression ice sleeve also on this page. As I said, this is still early in the treatment, but this seems to be working better then spending hundreds of dollars on physical therapy and professional/custom orthotics. I will write a review in a few months and see if these products keep the splints away.

Serious Relief

I am very prone to shin splints and while preparing for a 5K I gave myself shin splints. Not only do these sleeves prevent shin splints, they enabled me to run even though I still had shin splints. I am going to invest in a couple more pairs.
