If the shoe hurts... stretch it!

Stretch your shoes and help reduce the pain of bunions, crooked toes and corns. Insert the special Ortho Plugs into the cedar stretcher where you need them most. Aromatic cedar dries and deodorizes shoes. Use plugs to stretch shoes and maintain the fit you want, with new shoes eliminate the break-in period. Cobbler-quality construction. Order by Men's / Women's shoe size above.

Note: Not recommended for cowboy boots or any other boots that have high lengths.

More Important Information:

  • Fits left or right shoe.
  • Care:  Wipe with damp cloth. Use fine sandpaper on the cedar after long periods of time to return the aromatic smell.
  • Imported.

My mother uses these stretchers a lot and seems to love them.

Dislodged mechanism

  • 3 of 5
It worked great the first time and then one of the parts on one stretcher dislodged and wouldn't allow the mechanism to spread open and close. I had to take it apart and try to put it back into the two holes that hold it. I am getting it to work, but it's not as good as the first time.

Not worth the cost

  • 1 of 5
These are horribly made stretchers. On the tip of the spinning rod is a small cone that is supposed to expand or contract the pieces of wood as you turn it. On both of the stretchers I received, the rod spun directly OFF of the cone, leaving it suspended in between the two pieces of wood. I'll have to do a home fix on these and superglue the cone back onto the spinning rod (not worth sending back and eating the shipping costs). I should have just purchased one very good quality shoe stretcher instead of two substandard ones. Would have saved me time and hassle. Don't bother with these.
