This is a great product to control bunion growth. It pulls very gently, yet it is very effective. When you look at your foot with the Bunion Toe straightener on, you would notice that your toe is aligned, even though you do not feel it. I wore it alone, and in house shoes and it is great. I used it for walking around the house, dancing, in some walking shoes, and even in some dressy shoes, and it feels great. I understand from my orthopedist that adherence is important in treating bunions non-surgically, so I incorporated them in my daily regimen.
