Excellent for Neuroma Issues

I have Morton's Neuroma, and these insoles are the first that have allowed me to last an hour on the elliptical at the gym. With the "custom" orthotics that I received from my podiatrist, I was in agony after 20 minutes, and without any insoles the pain was unbearable, no matter which shoes I wore. So I am purchasing two more pairs of these for use in my everyday shoes as well.

I work in a hospital setting and am on my feet all day. These inserts correct my flat feet and allow me to not limp at the end of a long work day. I love all birkenstock products. I recommend these inserts for great pain relief due to flat feet.

I purchased these to relieve my Morton's Neuroma condition. So far so good! When my foot pain started I could only wear my Birkis, hence my choosing these Insoles. So far they seem to work very well. I have also done the following: changed walking/hiking shoe to super wide (4E+), wear soft slippers around the house (Crocs are good), use toe separators 2-3 times a day to stretch my toes, 4) rest the injured foot to let it heal.
