I love Berkinstock sandals and these insoles are about the same as. If they stay in place, with the heel against the back of the shoe, they are really comfortable. It is very important to have no gap there! They come with little sticky pieces so they will stay in place, but I want to use them in different shoes, so I haven't used any of them. They hurt your feet IF they aren't back tight against the back of the shoe. Also I have narrow feet and they fit my shoes perfectly!! If you have wide feet,, I don't think you would like them!!

I bought a pair of Birkenstock Birko Balance support insoles about 10 years ago and they are the untimate. They are great for planters fasciitis. Usually straighten the problem out within a couple of days if it is not too far advanced. You will never need another insole after you have tried these. They are the Cadillac. Satisfied User -

These supports are to narrow for a person with wide feet. Support is ok.

The product was to hard on feet and not flexible unlike other product used. I will stick with Dr.Scholls.
