I bought the sandals for my husband in hopes of helping him with the knee pain he's been having as a result of pronation (inner) problems. I've worn Betulas for several years myself; therefore, I trust the quality of their shoes. Prior to wearing the sandals, he complained of pain throughout the day. He's worn the sandals for a little more than week now and his knee pain has improved. He was using a heating pad on his knees nightly. He hasn't mentioned pain or the heating pad for the past few days. I'm very pleased with the outcome of this purchase and considering ordering the sandals in Brown him as well.
