Starting with the softest insert level, you graduate up through the firmer insert levels. THEY REALLY WORK!!!! My mother used to make me wear those expensive ugly shoes for my feet when i was younger. YUK! That was a very long time ago, and the dont make good shoes like that anymore...i wouldnt wear 'em if they did. these barefoot science arch insoles are great. when it comes to foot issues, you name it and ive got it. but barefoot science did away with half of them the first time i wore them. TRY A PAIR..YOU WONT GO WRONG AND YOUR FEET WILL THANK YOU.

Best Insoles Ever!!!

I have flat feet and these are the absolute BEST insoles I have ever tried!!! I have spent a lot of money on trying to find the right insoles and I have finally found them and I have tried tons and tons of different brands, always with the promise that they would work....well these do! Buy them, you'll love them too!

I have a very high arch and did have constant foot and leg discomfort. Since I have been wearing The Barefoot Science Orthotics this has dissappeared unless I forget to put my orthotics in. I am ordering my second set of 6. I try to have enough to always have them in the shoes and boots I am wearing most of the time. They are very easy to switch into another shoe when necessary. I have tried many others, even those recommended by Doctors and these are the best!

Miracle cure

This product cured my plantar faciitis in about 6 weeks. I only wear the insoles when I plan to be on my feet for some time. Otherwise, I wear regular shoes and am totally pain free. As close to a miracle as I have seen.
