Other Important Information About Arch Molds Maximum Heat Moldable Custom Insoles:

• To heat insoles, first, preheat oven to 225 degrees F. A heat sensitive paper tab, on the bottom of the arch of each insole, turns from white to black when the optimum molding temperature has been reached. Bake one insole at a time on the middle rack with the tab facing outward. Check color of tab after 1 minute and 30 seconds. If the tab hasn't turned black, leave the insole in the oven and check every 15 seconds until the tab turns black. Depending on your oven, it may take up to 5 minutes. Do not overheat. When it is ready, quickly place insole into you loosened shoe, bend your knees slightly and stand on insole inside shoe for 1 minute. (Full instructions included with product.)
