it helps but it's no miracle

This wrap does help some. It's fairly thin so easy to wear. It's a little difficult to adjust tightly, to hold it in place and pull the wrap tight. If you can buy this at a good price it's not a bad buy.

It's Ok!

In my case, the item has to be pulled a little too tight to be effective. This seems to slow blood supply to my toes, which sometimes go a little numb. Works best at night where it does not have to be quite so tight, and helps alleviate some pain when getting up in the morning.

I felt the wrap didn't provide any real support. I hoped to wear it during exercise class and it didn't stay tight or give any support when I initially put it on. I have returned it.

My doctor recommended I get these for my Plantar fasciitis, so I did. They made my feet feel so much better, I bought a second pair to I can trade off when one is in the wash.
