A removable polyurethane insole, with a deep heel cup, molds to your foot and gently reduces pressure points. Simply remove the insole for 1/2" added depth and fitting flexibility. The slip-resistant polyurethane outsole helps keep you steady on your feet and absorbs shock, plus the rocker design propels the foot forward to ease your stride.

Very comfortable, easy to wear, and easy to maintain. These lasted over 18 months with really hard wear and just now starting to fall apart and bought another pair. I wear them all the time. I put do put insoles in them. Signed friend of Aotw
