It stretches my achilles tendon and associated muscles. I have a foot drop from an accident. After wearing it for 3-4 hours there is some discomfort that I think is related to the stretch not the splint. I bought another one for a spare a week later. Thumbs Up !

Works fairly well but you can't put much pull on the toes with out it digging into the top of your arch. It's pretty easy to move around in without breaking your neck. Needs a sock under it as there are some stiches that are scratchy. Once used to it, it goes on and off pretty easily.

I tried this a couple of nights but could not sleep because my feet got too hot. I ended up taking it off before the night was up. I need this product because of my severe plantar fasciitis, so I intend to try the one that has the ice pack. Does seem to have too much cushion on the top of the foot and not enough on the back and at the heal. I did not have it long enough to see if it would work.
