The patented, removable Aetrex Orthotic absorbs shock and provides cushioning from heel to toe. Two removable EVA layers offer fitting flexibility with 5/16" of added depth. The unique PRS (Pressure Relief System) insole allows you customize the fit by trimming it at the areas of pressure or removing it completely for added depth.

I work standing all day. No more foot pain (fascitis), no leg pain and no back pain. Because of these shoes I can concentrate on my work. Footsmart, thank you for these shoes.

These shoes saved my life! Can wear all day w/o getting tired or hurt feet. They only shoe I can make it through the work day w/o pain.They are lightweight and never feel hot.

The width of the shoe was right on, I had to order extra wide because of foot issue's. Sometimes it is still not wide enough but this shoe was true to width. The shoe looks very nice and I loved the color. A really nice shoe.

I bought these because my ankles tend to roll out and I needed something that would give my ankle some good support to stabalize it. I wear orthodics also, so I had to take out the inserts that had an arch support built into it and use mine instead. I tried both and it was way too much. So far so good. Very comfy shoes and there's a little wiggle room in the toe area for me too.
