Aetrex adds depth and stability to this comfort-enhanced walker
Technologically advanced leather, polyurethane and moisture-transferring polyester create a cool, healthy and supportive athletic walker. Two removable insoles, the Aetrex Orthotic and PRS Insole allow you to customize your fit for added depth and comfort. The patented, removable Aetrex Orthotic absorbs shock and provides cushioning from heel to toe. The unique PRS (Pressure Relief System) insole allows you customize the fit by trimming it at the areas of pressure or removing it completely for added depth. The visible medial post and straight last construction help correct pronation. Heat moldable EVA insole unloads stress at the ball of the foot. Wrap around external heel counter adds stability. Anti-slip rubber outsole. Leather upper with moisture transferring mesh lining keeps feet cool and comfortable. Order by men's shoe size, width and color above.

I have had mine for 6 years now and they still do a great job for me I wear orthotics so I just transfer them from shoe to shoe, I own several pair of them in multi color and now buying 7 or maybe 8th pair, with my orthotics they make all my shoes feel sooooo good, I am disabled due to my feet it took me several years to find a shoe that works and this one really does, I will continue to buy these shoes forever

A well constructed shoe,plenty of support for a heavy person but also cushining. would recommend to anyone looking for a advanced shoe with nice features like the mosaic for personal comfort.

Great walking shoe

These shoes provide great cushioning for walking and are very comfortable. I wear a 11 1/2 E and that size fit me perfectly, so I'd say the sizes run accurate. The shoes come with adjustable insoles - you can remove small tabs in places where the shoes may not feel quite right to make the soles more customized - I haven't had to do that, but thought it was an interesting touch. Arch support is a little better than average, but you can add orthotics if you need more support - you might need to adjust the size slightly to allow for the orthotics though.
