Love these cute shoes!

I normally wear an 8 but ordered also the 8.5 just in case it was too short. I tried the 8's on with very thin stockings and they were comfortable and after wearing around the room a short while, seemed to mold to my feet. I do wish there was a bit more arch support and cushioning under the ball of foot, but just love the style, so will keep them and wear without socks or with thin "sockettes."

This is a pretty knockoff of the classic Chanel ballet flat, only it has the sidewalk-friendly Aerosole rubber bottom. The "sliver" is actually a nice kind of pewter color, not at all the aluminum-foil shade it seemed on my monitor. I will be exchanging it, as it ran longer than I expected. Fingers crossed that the next half size down isn't too small, as it seems sort of betwixt and between sizes.

I am generally a solid 8.5 wide but these shoes are way short and way tight so I am exchanging them for a 9. If that doesn't work I'll just have to return them for a refund. I like the look and feel of them but they certainly seem to run very small...or they gave me the wrong size. I'm not sure.
