I was diagnosed with 1/4 inch leg length discrepancy a year ago and was given a whole shoe lift. With that in my shoe it made all my shoes for that foot seem too small and I started to get toe pain. I tried buying shoes a half size larger but then my other foot would slip out of the heel. I was seriously thinking that I would have to buy two pairs of the same shoe so that I could have a shoe that fit each foot. That seemed extreme for just a 1/4 inch difference in leg length. Then I saw this lift and tried it. It fits easily into my shoes and It takes away the leg length discrepency issue but doesn't take up space in the rest of the shoe so I can wear the shoes that I have in my correct size and feel that they once again fit perfectly. I love that I can adjust the lift to the height I need and as an added bonus the lift is soft enough that it cushions my heel. Having just gotten over having Plantar Fascitis, I value anything that will protect my heel. I just ordered two more sets of two of these. Right now I move mine from shoe to shoe and I want one for every pair of shoes that I wear regularly. I feel fortunate that a difficult problem could be solved so easily.

IT IS SO EXPENSIVE TO HAVE YOUR SHOES BUILT UP IF YOU HAVE A SHORT LEG AND SO MANY OF US DO. THIS PRODUCT TAKES CARE OF IT, SO INEXPENSIVELY. I'VE NEVER FOUND THIS PRODUCT ANYWHERE ELSE AND IT CAN BE ADJUSTED TO YOUR NEEDS ALSO. BEST THING I'VE FOUND YET

I have one hip much higher than the other, and these were very useful. They are hard to find, too. So I was happy to find them on this site. I will get some more, so I don't always have to keep switching them shoe to shoe.

good product for uneven legs!

I have one leg shorter than the other and it has caused problems with my back and hips. I found that splitting this product into 3 layers works well for me, and really helps even out my walk. I have the layers in three different shoes and it is great. I have even moved layers from one to another.
