Great purchase!

Have both ankle and achilles tendonitis pain. When I put it on, I feel dual relief ... I feel like I'm getting double duty out of one product. I find the cold pack much too cold if I try to use it straight out of the freezer, so I let it sit out for about 30 min. then put the foot wrap on, although I did read one review about wearing a sock before putting the wrap on if you use it directly out of the freezer. That would work too. Great investment.

The fabric is very soft and comfortable, it goes on easily, and it really does get COLD. Recommend wearing a sock underneath.

Make it easy on yourself

Ok doctor says ice, ice, ice. Are you really going to keep going to the freezer looking for peas, corn or berries? This product makes it easy and simple. It stays on, stays in the right place, and you can walk with it on. Now I follow doctors orders, so simple with my ankle wrap. Besides have you ever tried to refreeze a bag of peas - get a big unuseable clump of peas.

Should've bought it sooner!

It's been 6 six weeks since my ankle surgery, the first 3-4 of which I spent icing my ankle with bags of frozen peas. Effective, but inconvenient. If I would've realized how much easier this ActiveWrap would have made things, I would've bought it weeks sooner. It fits comfortably, keeping ice packs snug against my ankle--- and right in the places I want them. And if I need to get up and move while icing, I can. Great product. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who needs to ice regularly.
