This is great for people with a Achiles or Planters Factious pain. I put it on and within minutes the pain is gone and i can put pressure on my foot. I am buying another one to keep in the freezer.

Really helps reduce the swelling in my ankle from surgery quickly. 10 minutes tops to have relief and comfortable too. Very easy to use.

I shattered my ankle several years ago and my ankle swells up like a grapefruit everyday. Very easy to use and comfortable but doesn't stay cold long enough for me.
