Through Borderfree, customers of FootSmart will receive a total cost calculation in Canadian dollars including currency exchange, duty taxes, and shipping costs at the time of purchase. Canada Post ensures the delivery of your purchase through an extensive postal network that services over 32 million Canadians.

How do you ship to Canada?
FootSmart fulfills online Canadian orders through our partner, Borderfree. Simply add items to your shopping cart and click on Canadian Checkout to complete your order. You will see your total delivered price including all duties, taxes, shipping and order processing charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. You will pay Borderfree the total amount for your order in Canadian dollars - which means that they will bill your credit card - and we will ensure that your ordered products get right to your door. How much duty do you charge on Canadian orders?
Determining your duty rates depends on many factors (product, country the product was manufactured in, etc.). What are your shipping and order processing charges for Canadian orders?
Shipping and order processing charges depend on the size and weight of your package, as well as your ship-to destination. What are my shipping options to Canada?
FootSmart currently ships items to Canada only via standard delivery. We can ship your order to a street address or PO Box, but not to a mail drop.

Do shipping promotions apply to Canadian orders?
At this time, promotions advertising reduced or free shipping costs cannot be applied to Canadian orders.

What will show up on my credit card statement?
Upon shipment of your order, Borderfree will bill your credit card and will appear as the billing company on your credit card statement.

When will I be billed?
We will bill your credit card once your order clears the Canadian border.

What exchange rate is applied to my order?
Real-time exchange rates are applied to your order. The rate charged to you is a guaranteed amount, and will not change once you accept an order. To know the exact price before you buy, simply add items to your order and check out through our Canadian checkout process. You will see the exact price for your order in Canadian dollars before you actually place the order.

How do I track my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. When your package clears the Borderfree order processing facility and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification e-mail that includes a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier. For all other inquiries, you can contact us using our email form.

What is the return policy for Canadian orders?
FootSmart values its Canadian customers, and upholds its Easy Returns and Exchanges policy to all shoppers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receipt. Please remember, though, that footwear products must be returned in their original, unworn condition. You can return any item purchased on our Web site by mail only. You will be credited for the product total, less the order processing fees for customs and brokerage . Please visit our Returns Page for detailed instructions on how to return your purchase(s).

Custom Broker Information
By ordering goods from FootSmart, you hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by Canada Post to act as your agent, and to transact business with Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear your merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to FootSmart and prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that you return. You understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that you will obtain the refund directly from Canada Post. In this connection, you also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by CBSA in your name, so that Canada Post can be reimbursed.
